Cultivating conditions
for communities to
design together.

The Practice

Innovation at the intersections.

For almost two decades, I have created spaces and structures between: between communities and institutions, between grassroots practice and systems change, between local contexts and global scale.

My work focuses on cultivating the conditions for effective and equitable solutions to emerge and thrive—approaches that are locally rooted, globally relevant, and center agency, shared power, and regenerative principles.

This practice is an exploration in both the possibilities and practicalities of collective innovation—what happens when communities, organizations, and networks have the knowledge, tools, and resources to imagine, design, and build a better future, together.

More About Me
Offerings
  • I design and facilitate convenings, workshops, and participatory processes where diverse groups can build together across differences—creating the conditions for real co-creation, not just consultation.

  • I consult and advise organizations and networks on community-centered design, participatory governance, and innovation ecosystem development—helping shift from extractive models to structures that distribute power and build collective capacity.

  • I research what's working in community-led innovation and translate patterns into frameworks, essays, and reports that make the invisible visible—bridging practitioner wisdom and institutional understanding.

  • I speak on collective innovation, community resilience, and what it actually takes to build infrastructure that shifts power to communities. I bring stories from the field and frameworks others can use.
